Illustrator/Indesign: Illustrator (left) and Indesign (Right) have almost identical type palettes except vertical and horizontal scaling is swapped… very annoying if working on both of them at once.

Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator: The contents of these panels are all very similar, they all even share some icons yet layouts, spacing and functionality differ.

Also quite funny that the Photoshop team are the only ones who couldn’t get the drop down buttons at the correct aspect ratio or to join with the text box correctly.
