Fireworks: Turns out the Fireworks window only redraws if you resize it horizontally, that would be why it feels so glitchy and sluggish when you resize it.
I mean for god sake Adobe, my OS double buffers all window resizing as standard and you have to resort to this Windows XP era glitchy redraw crap.
